Christmas and New Year’s, as well as mid-February through the end of April, are considered High Peak Season. If you're thinking about renting Casa Colibri during High Season, please consider making your reservation early, at least six months in advance, as High Season slots of this Great Riviera Nayarit Rental Villa tend to go fast.
In general, stays must be three nights or longer. People usually rent for a week, with arrival on a Saturday afternoon and departure the following Saturday morning. During spring break and Christmas-New Years, the minimum stay is one week.
If you are planning a stay more than two weeks, we will consider discounting the applicable rental rate: please ask us about it.
NOTE: We do not rent for weddings or other large events.
NOTE: While Casa Colibri accommodates a maximum of eight adults, up to 10 people can stay in the house, as long as no more than eight of them are 12 years or older. A sign-in sheet will be sent to you before arrival, listing each person who will be occupying the house. If more than the agreed-upon number of people arrive, the whole party may be turned away unless prior permission has been obtained from the owner.
NOTE: Casa Colibri is one of 14 homes in a tiny residential community covering only five acres; although the houses are buffered from one another by lush vegetation and jungle, they are quite close together, so noise can be a problem. Our condominium regulations stipulate “no noise” after 10 p.m.
